I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business Management. During my education, I developed a passion for Las Vegas and had a unique opportunity to study gaming abroad in Macau, China. After graduation, I began my career at FireKeepers Casino Hotel starting as a slot attendant and quickly moving my way up to Slot Supervisor. Through my determination to go above and beyond for each and every guest and my passion for the gaming industry I became a casino host in December of 2010.
It is exciting for me to be able to use the formal education that I received at the Minister of Tourism in Bucharest, Romania and Michigan State University in Hotel Development and Hospitality Administration. I’m also fluent in Romanian, Italian and French. It is my personal commitment for each guest to enjoy themselves during their stay and help make it memorable. I am honored to be a part of each guest’s experience at FireKeepers Casino Hotel.
I began my career at FireKeepers Casino Hotel in 2015 as a cashier at Café 24/7. I moved to the Red Hot Rewards Club as a representative and was quickly promoted to supervisor in 2016, where I enjoyed getting to know our amazing guests and will bring a high level of passion and excitement in my new role as Executive Casino Host. I will do everything in my power to make sure you have an enjoyable time every visit you make to our incredible establishment. I graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School before getting my Business Management degree from Baker College of Muskegon.
I began my tenure at FireKeepers in 2018 in the luxurious Four Diamond Hotel. A year later, the Marketing Department granted me the opportunity to advance my career in this exciting and competitive environment. My Business Administration background at Western Michigan University has provided me the foundation and skills required to grow within the company.

Earning a variety of degrees at Kellogg Community College paved the way to entering the hospitality industry. In 2019, I joined FireKeepers, initially as a Cage Cashier, then a Security Officer, prior to finding my perfect role in the Marketing Department. Over a year as a Casino Host gave me the opportunity to get to know many of you. Now, I am pleased to ascend to the Executive Casino Host position. It gives me great pleasure to be join the Firekeepers Casino and Hotel family as the Executive Host for the Asian market. I was born in Hong Kong and discovered my passion for the gaming industry at a young age as I travelled to Macau and played Baccarat with my father. In 2012, I moved to Las Vegas where I obtained my B.S. in Hospitality Management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I later moved to the Midwest and became an Executive Host at a casino in Indiana after receiving a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Indianapolis. My unique multicultural background and hospitality industry experience will ensure you to have an unparalleled and beyond-compare experience at Firekeepers Casino and Hotel. The eye catching lights, sound of the slot reels, and dealers’ call for change stole my attention in 2015, when I first began my journey with FireKeepers Casino Hotel in the Red Hot Rewards Club as a representative. Since then, I have held titles of Rewards Club Supervisor and Casino Host. The passion and love I have for guest service has forever drawn me to the Executive Host family, to which I am honored to now be part of. The thrill I experienced on my first walk-through has only grown with the company. Highest in caliber with our Hotel expansion coming to fruition in 2021, to include our biggest to-date high limit area, the addition of Dacey’s Sportsbook, and continuous updating of dining venues, have kept the fire burning and excitement rolling. Prior to entering the Casino industry, I graduated from Olivet College with a degree in Business Management. With advancement opportunities in mind, I began my career path with FireKeepers Casino in 2018. Upon hiring in, Management noticed my exemplary guest service skills which lead to the position of Maitre’d at Nibi. That is where I realized the passion I had for learning the characteristics of others and building relationships. After a few years of gaining experience and fine tuning these skills, I joined the Casino Host department in 2022. Given the opportunity I would like to best assist you and make you feel like the valued guest that you are. I will do everything in my power to fulfill your expectations at all times and give you an experience at FireKeepers that is unparalleled to most.
I began my casino hospitality career when FireKeepers opened in 2009. I spent the first 10 years of my Firekeeper’s tenure with the Food & Beverage department, bartending in FireKeepers Casino and Hotel’s fast-paced, upscale environment. I was granted the opportunity to be apart of the opening team for Dacey’s Sportsbook as a Supervisor in 2020, and I take pride in opening the first Sportsbook at a Tribal Casino in the state of Michigan. I am eager to use my elevated guest service skills as a part of the Executive Host team, to ensure each guest’s expectations are exceeded with each visit to our award-winning property. With an upbeat personality and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests, I am passionate and driven to assist in making your next trip to Firekeepers the best one yet.
I began working at FireKeepers Casino Hotel in 2021, where I spent a year and a half working with Food & Beverage, with the majority of that time in Nibi, our Four Diamond fine dining restaurant. I then joined the Casino Host department in 2022 where I spent a year as a Casino Host. Prior to FireKeepers, I spent several years working for Millennium Restaurant Group in the Kalamazoo area. Having an extensive background in the service industry, I recognize the importance of guest satisfaction and will strive to make sure you have an exceptional guest experience.
