I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business Management. During my education, I developed a passion for Las Vegas and had a unique opportunity to study gaming abroad in Macau, China. After graduation, I began my career at FireKeepers Casino Hotel starting as a slot attendant and quickly moving my way up to Slot Supervisor. Through my determination to go above and beyond for each and every guest and my passion for the gaming industry I became a casino host in December of 2010.
For the past 10 years, I have called Marshall, MI my home and have a passion for the area. I came to FireKeepers Casino Hotel as an opening-day team member in the credit department. I have years of experience in the transportation and food industry working with both national and international customers. I look forward to providing you with exceptional guest service during your next visit to FireKeepers Casino Hotel.
It is exciting for me to be able to use the formal education that I received at the Minister of Tourism in Bucharest, Romania and Michigan State University in Hotel Development and Hospitality Administration. I’m also fluent in Romanian, Italian and French. It is my personal commitment for each guest to enjoy themselves during their stay and help make it memorable. It is my privilege to represent the Navajo Nation in the world of Indian Gaming and at FireKeepers Casino Hotel. I was introduced to this industry in 2009 while living in Arizona. Immediately, the atmosphere captivated me with its upbeat and lively gaming scene. With a chance to further my career, I moved to Michigan and opened the hotel as a Front Desk Supervisor. The driving force behind my spirit of hospitality comes from my heritage; I want you to feel welcomed and have a sense of belonging. I found my passion in guest services and player development after becoming a Casino Host in 2015. Through dedication and determination, I became an Executive Casino Host in 2017. I joined the FireKeepers Casino Hotel team in 2013 after receiving my Bachelor’s degree in Communications Broadcasting from Grand Valley State University. Starting my career as a bartender, I moved up through the casino holding many different titles including, Casino Host, Food and Beverage Supervisor, and Aurora Lounge VIP Supervisor. I have always had a passion for working with people, along with creating interpersonal relationships with all of the guests that visit the casino. I am very honored and privileged to continue my journey at FireKeepers Casino Hotel as an Executive Casino Host, by providing our guests with the highest level of guest service that they have come to expect.
I started my career here at FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Food and Beverage in 2011. I have over ten years of F&B experience, which is why I was chosen in 2014 to be the Maitre,’D of Nibi. Here is where I obtained a love for the rich history of wine and wine making. I enrolled in “The Court of Master Sommeliers” in 2016, and received my Level One Certification. In 2017, I was promoted to Executive Casino Host, because of my passion for hospitality and guest service. I will ensure you the utmost satisfaction and happiness during your stay at our fine establishment here at FireKeepers Casino Hotel, the casino of choice in the Midwest.

After obtaining my Bachelors in Business, with a focus on Advertising and Promotions, at Western Michigan University, I joined the Firekeepers Casino team as a Red Hot Rewards Representative. From there, I became a Casino Host before being promoted to my current role as Executive Casino Host. I have spent the last few years making a commitment to every person that visits Firekeepers Casino Hotel to make him or her feel like a guest, not just a customer. I look forward to rolling out the ‘red hot’ red carpet for you when it is “Time To Get Your Vegas On.”
After enlisting in the United States Military and serving for 6 proud years, I returned home to Lansing, MI. I joined Firekeepers Casino Hotel in 2018, where I started as a Casino Host. As part of an outstanding team, I quickly learned the practices and techniques necessary make a positive connection with gaming guests and was promoted to Executive Host. With my military experience and my Vietnamese background and language skills, I am dedicated to providing great customer service, loyalty and passion to every one of my guests.
