Bouschor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the State University of New York at Fredonia and is a proud member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. His gaming technology career began in 2002 as a Slot Data Systems Operator/Analyst with Kewadin Casinos in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. He quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately serving as Manager of the IT Gaming Division, where he oversaw technology operations for five casino properties in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. His leadership contributed to the successful launch of new properties and the implementation of multiple enterprise-level systems.
Since joining FireKeepers as Director of Information Technology, Bouschor has led transformative advancements in IT operations. Promoted to Vice President of Information Technology in 2015, he has overseen critical areas including cybersecurity, infrastructure, data analytics, and digital innovation. In his new role as CIO, he will continue shaping FireKeepers’ technology strategy while leading a multidisciplinary team across Network Operations, Support Services, Database Development, Program Management, Audio Visual, Cybersecurity, and Business/Application Analysis.
