(Battle Creek, Mich.) Feb. 28, 2022 – FireKeepers Casino Hotel is proud to announce Ray Vorraber has been promoted to Vice President of Facilities. Vorraber has been with FireKeepers since 2012, serving as Facilities Manager and Director of the department prior to his new role.

Vorraber has an extensive background in Facilities and Maintenance and possesses in-depth knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting and repair procedures in all areas of the facility. Vorraber was previously a part owner and Superintendent of Turtle Creek Golf Club in Burlington, MI.

Vorraber began his duties on Jan. 3. He is responsible for the overall direction, administration and coordination of all FireKeepers Facilities and Grounds operations, maintaining equipment and systems standards to ensure guests enjoy every aspect of the FireKeepers experience. FireKeepers and its owners, the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi, are constantly upgrading and transforming this market-leading resort and Vorraber will play a key role in the planning and oversight of upgrades moving forward.
