JEFFERSON STARSHIP – RUNAWAY AGAIN TOUR

One of the most successful arena rock bands of the 1970s and ‘80s, Jefferson Starship earned three platinum and eight gold records, along with numerous Top 40 Billboard singles. Now celebrating their 50th anniversary, the band has reached a rare milestone that only a select few rock legends ever achieve. Formed by Paul Kantner in the 1970s, Jefferson Starship was envisioned as a collective of musical adventurers whose work grew into a catalog of rock classics. Today, the band continues to honor Kantner’s vision while thriving as a road-conquering force, performing across all 50 U.S. states, five continents, and countless countries. The band’s current lineup includes original member David Freiberg, drummer Donny Baldwin (who first joined in 1982), keyboardist Chris Smith (who joined in 1998), guitarist Jude Gold (who joined in 2012), and singer/guitarist Cathy Richardson (who joined in 2008 after Kantner saw her perform with Big Brother and the Holding Company).
