Casino Marketing Leader Jim Wise Named Vice President of Marketing at FireKeepers Casino Hotel
(Battle Creek, Mich.) – FireKeepers Casino Hotel in Battle Creek, Mich., owned and operated by the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi, proudly announced that Jim Wise has joined the FireKeepers Casino Hotel management team as the Vice President of Marketing. Wise will be responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and analyzing all aspects and activities of the department, including advertising, promotions, loyalty programs, special events, player development and database Marketing.
A hospitality marketing leader with over 25 years of excellence in the gaming industry at the property and corporate levels, Wise most recently was Chief Marketing and Communications Strategist at Magnum Integrated Marketing in Philadelphia, PA.

Wise’s gaming career includes four years as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Seneca Gaming Corporation, leading the marketing divisions for the company’s three gaming properties in Western New York. Prior to that, he hired, trained and led the marketing team for the opening of Pennsylvania’s first casino,Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs in Wilkes-Barre, PA, as their Vice President of Marketing, along with three years as the Director of Corporate Communications for Argosy Casino (Alton, Il), and four years at Hollywood Casino (Dallas, TX) as the Director of Corporate Marketing. He began his casino career with almost a decade in various marketing roles at the Sands and the Tropicana.
