Here at FireKeepers Casino we offer a wide range of career opportunities from technical support to plumbing and carpentry work. In the casino industry we have some unique jobs that are just in the casino industry. Below are just a few of those unique jobs that we have at FireKeepers Casino Hotel.

Stewarding:
Who they report to:
The Stewards report to the Stewarding Supervisors. Typically, there is more than one Stewarding Supervisor on each shift in order to increase their availability.
What they do:
The Stewards work with the Cooks and the Chefs in the kitchens. They clean and sanitize the glasses and flatware and the kitchens.
What their responsibilities:
They assist in maintaining standards of health and safety throughout the property. They are also responsible for keeping the work area clean and sanitary. They work together in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service.

Housekeeping Attendant:
Who they report to:
The Housekeeping Attendants report to the Housekeeping Supervisors. Typically, there is more than one Housekeeping Supervisor on each shift in order to increase their availability.
What they do:
The Housekeeping Attendants maintain the appearance of our guest’s rooms through cleaning and up keep along with reporting damages to their supervisors. They maintain all the public areas in the hotel along with cleaning and laundering the linens for the hotel.
What their responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the attendants will be consistently clean all of the hotel rooms and suites. They will remove all trash and dirty linens from each room, spot clean the walls and carpets, light fixtures, etc. The attendants will be responsible for maintaining shelf organization and stock levels in the storerooms and closets. The attendants also will need to know how to operate all laundry equipment to trained standards.

Slot Attendant:
Who they report to:
Slot Attendants report to the Slot Supervisors. There are multiple Slot Supervisors on each shift in order to increase their availability.
What they do:
The Slot Attendants are responsible for providing efficient service to all Slot guests and ensures slot machines are monitored on a continual basis to insure they are working correctly.
What their responsibilities:
The slot attendants will need to monitor the operation of assigned slot areas and participates in payout of manual jackpots. The attendants need to assists guests in a timely basis within departmental and organizational standards. The attendants will need to be aware of any and all promotional events.

Table Games Dealer:
Who they report to:
The Table Game Dealers report to the Floor Supervisors. Typically, there is more than one Floor Supervisor on each shift in order to increase their availability.
What they do:
At the Table Games Dealers are responsible for the accurately and professionally dealing their assigned Table Game.
What their responsibilities:
The Table Games Dealers will be responsible for the protection and control of the game being dealt. The dealers will need to advise Table Games Management of any player disputes or arguments that may arise during the game. Dealers will be expected to promotes departmental and property wide promotions.
